Four members of the Neenah Rotary Club were recently recognized with a Paul Harris Fellowship. Rotarians Mike Dillon, Bob Karrmann and Dale Youngquist each earned their first Paul Harris Fellowship.   Rotarian Bob Golz earned his second fellowship.

Paul Harris was born in Racine, Wisconsin and founded Rotary International in 1905 in Chicago.  Individuals who have contributed more than $1000 to Annual Program Fund, the Polio Plus Fund or the Humanitarian Grants Program of the Rotary Foundation are recognized as Paul Harris Fellows.

Additionally, individual Rotary clubs may from time to time honor individuals as Paul Harris Fellows. These honorees are individuals who meet high professional and personal standards set forth by Paul Harris. Paul Harris recognition is not limited to Rotarians.

Multiple-time Paul Harris Fellows are recognized as they continue to contribute. Additionally, Paul Harris Fellows receive recognition points which they may contribute towards the recognition of other members as Paul Harris Fellows.

Founded in 1925, the Neenah Rotary Club is a service organization of about 100 business and professional men and women united in fellowship world-wide who conduct local and international humanitarian projects, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and work towards understanding and peace.  To learn more, visit
