Service Opportunity: Twin Oaks Gardens – September 10

Once again, Neenah Rotary has the opportunity to join members of the Twin Oaks Gardens community for a hands-on service project on Thursday, September 10.

We’ll be helping paint tool handles that will remain at the garden for all Twin Oaks Gardens members to use. Neenah Rotary has participated in this project a few years ago, and it’s a great opportunity to return and continue our partnership with the garden.

Our connection with Twin Oaks Gardens has included several projects over the years. Neenah Rotary helped plant a pollinator garden through a Rotary District Grant, and we also played a role in bringing running water to the gardens—a lasting improvement that benefits gardeners and the garden community.

Now we have another opportunity to lend a hand and continue that partnership by helping with the tool handles.

It’s another great example of Service Above Self—working alongside others to make a lasting difference in our community.
