These grants offer up to $3000 to support a local project and require volunteer time by our club members. Grant applications are due on June 1st, so we need your help picking a worthwhile community project. |

Join STRIVE 11/12 at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. There will be a wide variety of employer booths to visit and opportunities to plunge into engaging and interactive experiences and conversations with regional employers and career professionals. Students will receive information on career opportunities, expected starting salaries and job titles, skills and interests of employees, supporting high school coursework, and any post-high school training or education needed for that employer/job. When you register, please indicate in the Comment section what time you plan to be there (example 9:30-11, 11-12, etc). All volunteers need to go through NJSD's background check process, using this link: https://www.neenah.k12.wi.us/about/career-opportunities.cfm If you volunteered in the past and still have an active volunteer status, you will see 'duplicate application' when you try to enter your info online. You do not need to complete the application at this time. You will receive an Email notification once you are within 30 days of expiration which will include the link to reapply. |

FVTC's Venture Center is where startups and small businesses go to streamline their operations and vision, launch themselves intelligently, and minimize wasteful steps. Through training and one-on-one mentoring the Venture Center helps companies streamline everything from internal operations to external launches eliminating costly missteps or missing the target entirely. Venture Center clients gain exclusive access to our international network of providers, vendors, and resources, that are second to none. Amy Pietsch will join us to tell the story of the Venture Center and the companies it supports.

Our Strive 2B:) leaders will be working in the shop at Neenah High School to create a corn hole game board for their family! We are excited to offer this opportunity in collaboration with the high school shop students, who will mentor our students and give them an opportunity to see how amazing the new NHS shop facilities are and learn a bit about construction trades before choosing classes for next year. Two days have been set aside for this activity, if needed - April 23 & April 25. Group 1: 8:00-9:30 Join us as you are able! When you register, please indicate in the Comment section what time you plan to be there (example 8-9:30, 9:40 - 11:25). Join us as our students and families gather for a year-end celebration of Strive 2B:) ! We'll be cooking out, playing games, and sharing stories about all the wonderful learning and enrichment opportunities our students participated in this year. Multiple runs, a diaper dash and a health and wellness expo make this a weekend-long community event that gives back in many ways.
